We are an independent MRTPI Chartered Town and Development Consultancy, founded in 2022, with over 20 years of experience providing professional planning, development advice and project management services for developments throughout the UK.

Working with NJ Planning gives clients the security of working with an experienced Director level planning consultant throughout the planning process.

We work differently; NJ Planning pride ourselves on precise and timely communication as we know that this is of upmost importance to our clients. Flexibility in communication is key which is why we are always at the end of a phone, text / WhatsApp or email rather than the standard "9-5" communication clients would receive from other consultancies.

With a particular focus on North Wales and the Northwest of England, NJ Planning have an intimate knowledge of planning policies and legislation and keep abreast on emerging policies, trends and key planning decisions in order to provide the best and most up to date advice to clients on potential projects coming our way, but we know legislation is only one part of the process.
